Shakyamuni Buddha gold
Golden statue of the historic Buddha Shakyamuni, made of fiber glass and a thin layer of copper alloy.
The statue is then hand painted by an artist painter, and covered with a thin layer of 24K gold. The hand painting of the face gives each statue its unique expression.
The statues are hollow and can traditionally be filled with mantras, minerals, and other precious objects. Each statue comes with a copper plate that can be glued to the bottom after filling the statue.
This type of statue is lighter in weight and generally cheaper than brass statues, but also a little more fragile. So handle it with care.
